Together, we’ll explore your story, build on your strengths, and support you in creating meaningful change.
My Approach
I provide a holistic, feminist, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, viewing our work together as a collaborative art. By blending mindfulness and somatic tools with insight-oriented techniques, I help you achieve lasting balance. I am trained and comfortable incorporating exploration of gender identity and sexual expression if these are areas you’d like to focus on as part of your well-being. My goal is to support you in evolving into the most authentic version of yourself.

What To Expect At Your Visit
If you are feeling stuck, anxious, or navigating difficult relationship changes, I am here to provide a safe space for support. Together, we will view therapy as a journey of growth and self-discovery, helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
In our sessions, I use emotional and somatic awareness to help you shift your perspective. Whether you are facing a specific life event or long-standing patterns of depression and anxiety, we will work collaboratively to build the tools you need for lasting change.
My goal is to empower you to move forward with clarity and confidence. No matter what challenges you are currently facing, I am committed to helping you lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy FAQ

What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is a treatment modality that combines psychotherapy with medicine to help access emotions or perspectives that feel harder to reach in regular therapy. I support you through preparation, the session itself, and integration afterward, working collaboratively with a medical prescriber.
Is KAP right for me?
KAP can be helpful if you feel stuck despite prior therapy, are seeking new perspectives, or need support regulating intense emotions. It is most effective when you are motivated for both the medicine and therapy sessions. Medical eligibility is determined by the prescribing provider, not by me.
What can I expect during a session?
KAP sessions can be conducted at my office or remotely. We will prioritize your safety and comfort throughout the process. Additionally, people report a range of emotions and sensations during a KAP session. People have reported feeling intense, cathartic, transcendent, calm and subtle, or they don't feel much at all. We will discuss this in more detail if KAP is a good fit for you.
How do I prepare for my first appointment?
Before your first KAP session, we will have thorough preparation sessions to establish the setting and mindset for a safe and effective therapeutic experience.
Safety and Medical Considerations
Your medical provider will review and determine appropriateness for treatment, conducting a medical evaluation to minimize safety risks.
What is the cost?
Cost can vary given the number of KAP sessions and your specific insurance plan. I accept many insurance plans which will cover the psychotherapy portion (preparation and integration sessions). At this time, KAP sessions are not covered by insurance and will be at an out-out-pocket rate. I am partnered with Journey Clinical who will provide and oversee the medical part of treatment. They take many insurance plans and will let you know your specific co-pay or portion for their services. We will discuss this in detail before starting your KAP journey.
